Capt. K. P. Rajagopal is the head of Project Implementation & Operations at IMICL. He has a over 35 years of professional experience in the maritime sector in varied capacities such as sailing, project advisory, project development and implementation, cargo handling etc. He has been instrumental in the successfully delivery of projects specifically focusing on efficient implementation and cargo handling operations. Capt. Rajagopal has been responsible for complete project delivery including bid process management, monitoring implementation, commissioning and operations. He is also an active participant in various sector focused forums.
Capt. Rajagopal has a Post Graduate Diploma in Ecology and Environment. He is also an alumnus of "Training Ship Rajendra", passed out in 1979.
Mr. Rambhia is the Chief Financial Officer at IMICL with 12 years of Professional / Industrial experience. Mr Rambhia is responsible for multiple portfolios of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, MIS and Secretarial as well as liaise with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies and other stakeholders in the financial community. Mr Rambhia has extensive experience in handling varied responsibilities such as financial reporting, audit and compliance, planning, treasury, and capital structure as well as managing communications to the board. His strong finance-function knowledge across a broad spectrum of activities has been critical to effective compliance and standardization of processes of the organisations.
Ms. Arora heads the Business Development team at IMICL. Ms. Arora has been associated with the infrastructure sector for more than 19 years and specifically focusing on proposal/program management, client relationship, scoping and facilitation, due diligence, feasibility/viability analysis, strategizing and forming alliances for project ranging from ports, inland terminals, tank farms, highways, rail, water supply, and urban infrastructure. Her experience includes project co-ordination and management, progress monitoring, contract and negotiations as well as stakeholder relationship management.
Ms Arora is B. Tech (Civil) with PGD in Construction Management and has also done short courses on environment and social risk assessment.
Ms. Iyer heads the Technical Team at IMICL. Ms. Iyer has more than 25 years of experience in maritime sector related to planning and development of maritime sector projects with wide range of complexities such as green-field ports, brown field terminals, ship-build/repair yards, etc. Her role encompasses feasibility / DPR studies, due diligence, detailed engineering design, costing, tender documentation & process and management of the process for statutory consents & clearances especially related to environmental clearance for maritime sector projects.
Ms. Iyer is B.E (Civil Engineering). She has additional qualifications of Master of Technology (Marine Structures) and Master of Applied Sciences (Coastal Engineering).
Ms.Dhillon is heading the Project Finance team at IMICL. She has more than 15 years of professional experience focused on the maritime and logistics sector. She has been actively involved in project appraisals, financial structuring, evaluation of investment opportunities and management of project transactions such as sale and acquisition for maritime sector projects. She is responsible for project valuation, project development activities, and negotiations with stakeholders and liaising with stakeholders in the financial community.
Mr. Kumar is head of the Project Marketing team at IMICL. He has more than 15 years of rich and diversified professional experience in ports, logistics and shipping industry including more than 7 years of sailing experience as a Marine Officer in International shipping. He has been extensively involved in the development of logistics solutions for a wide range of cargo, appraisal of customer requirements, formulation of effective logistic strategy, engagement with port users, shipping lines and other stake holders for successful committed offtake of the project capacities at the various ports, terminals and SEZ assets of the company.
Mr Manish has a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science with a Post Graduation in Management
